Please note the following
changes to the published December programme

Thursday 10 is
now an inter-flight fun competition evening ~ No 2 uniform

We have withdrawn from the Friday-Sunday
(18-20) exercise with Warminster Squadron
Our own Nitex will take place on Saturday
19. Meet at Le Marchant barracks at 1700.
Scheduled finish at Le Marchant barracks
is 2345.

night is cancelled.

NEW YEAR's DAY BIMBLE
Watch for the notice. The start point and
destination are being planned. Approximate timings are start 1000
and finish at 1430.
A pleasant way to shake off the excesses
of the previous evening !
JNCO COURSE
A residential course for Corporals only
is to be held at RAF Lyneham 29 - 31 January 1999
Cost is £3 and cadets are responsible
for own travel arrangements
Gibraltar 28 Jul-4 Aug 99
There are 3 male & 1 female places
allocated to the Wing. Details will be on notice board
EASTER CAMP
This will take place from Friday 2
- Monday 5 April 1999. Note this in your diaries and avoid missing
out on this very special weekend.
A notice will be posted shortly so
that an estimate of our numbers can be derived before places are
offered to other squadrons. The total attendance will be pegged
at 65 cadets.
Flying & Gliding
The 7 cadets who turned up (out of
10 places) all enjoyed their flights. No dates yet for the next
flying and gliding opportunities.
Three of our senior cadets are now
registered for day trips overseas with the RAF.
To be eligible you must be: 15
years old & upwards Leading Cadet & upwards Hold a full
UK passport Able to get to/from Brize Norton
SPORTS
Congratulations to Cdt MacMeekin on being
selected for the Wing Hockey team
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are payable from the
start of the month following enrolment. All cadets should keep
up to date.
